Cassandra is currently the Regional Director National League of Cities National Black Caucus- Local Elected Official (NBC-LEO) Ohio and Indiana region. Cassandra continually gives her time by being a service to her community. She ran for Councilwoman in 2019 and won the election. After becoming Councilwoman, Cassandra is the first Council member to hold consistent Ward meetings. Cassandra believes in Reflective Democracy, as your community changes, the elected official and public policy should change as well.
